Please reach us at hello@ziggyfamily.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
A: We answer phone calls during working hours, but take a flexible approach in responding to emails and scheduling Getting to Know You & Your Pet Exploration Calls, which can be on weekends or evenings.
A: We celebrate and memorialise all pets including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, horses, and more.
For your comfort and ours, we do not work with reptiles or exotic pets, and we am unable to view or handle photos of such animals.
A: No, absolutely not. Cremation is commonly offered by vets, but many people don’t realise that burial is also a perfectly valid and meaningful option.
You have the right to choose what feels right for you and your pet, whether that’s a home burial (where allowed), a pet cemetery or cremation. Unfortunately, vets often don’t highlight these choices, which can leave you feeling rushed or uncertain.
At Pet Memories with Ziggy & Family, we can gently guide you through your options, answer your questions, and help you find what feels comforting and appropriate for your goodbye.
A: While we don’t directly manage cremations or burials, we understand how overwhelming these arrangements can feel. We’re happy to offer gentle guidance, share trusted recommendations, and where appropriate, help connect you with a provider that suits your needs - all with care and sensitivity.
You’re very welcome to call us for an initial chat, and we’ll help you explore your options. We’re here to make things easier at a difficult time.
A: Yes, we can help source beautiful and meaningful caskets or urns that suit your personal style and budget. As part of our service, we’ll discuss what feels appropriate for you and your pet, from classic to creative, simple to more decorative options.
Please note, vets may offer their own selection or make suggestions, but you are under no obligation to choose those. We can explore other options together that feel more personal and fitting.
A: Yes, but only photos of your pet while they were alive. Out of deep respect and personal boundaries, we do not handle or view photos of deceased pets.
You're very welcome to share their happy, vibrant moments – the ones that truly capture their personality and spirit. These help us better understand and honour who they were.
A: Absolutely! You can provide your own items, and we will help incorporate them into your memorial or celebration without extra cost.
A: The £45 fee is payable upfront and usually non-refundable. If you proceed with a package, the fee will be deducted from your total package cost.
Please note, initial telephone and email enquiries do not cost you anything. You are under no obligation.
