The Zara Comfort Package is available for those wanting a compassionate, safe space to talk, share memories and feel heard after the loss of a beloved companion.

What’s included:

• A dedicated 45-minute telephone session
• A chat about your pet - sharing their personality, quirks and what you miss. 
• An unjudgemental space to share your loss and how you’re really feeling.
• Every conversation is tailored to you. You choose what feels right; we may gently guide with compassion, care and understanding.
• There is no timeline for grief.  It doesn’t matter how long it has been since your loss.

Session Rates:

• First 45-minute session: £60
• Subsequent sessions: £45

Please note: This is a supportive pet bereavement conversation, not formal counselling. Our service is not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health support.
