These terms govern your use of services provided by AAL Development & Consultancy Ltd trading as Pet Memories with Ziggy & Family (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Services:
We offer bespoke pet remembrance packages and related products as described on our website.

Booking & Payment:

• A non-refundable £45 Exploration Call fee is payable upfront and deducted from your final package cost if you proceed.
• Payment for packages is due as agreed during booking.
   

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Exploration Call fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with notice.
• Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
• Other refunds are subject to specific package terms.
   

Delivery:

• We aim to deliver services and products within agreed timeframes but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
   

Liability:

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
• Our service is not a substitute for professional counselling.
   

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Exploration Call Refund Policy
Effective Date: 26 July 2025

The £45 Exploration Call fee covers a 30-45 minute session to discuss your needs and how we can support you.

• If you proceed with booking a package, this fee will be deducted from your total. 
• If you choose not to proceed, this fee is non-refundable due to the time reserved.
• Rescheduling is possible with advance notice. 
• Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
• If we cannot mutually agree on a convenient time for the call, a full refund will be issued.
